You can lodge a warranty claim in this page. Please note, Sungrow can only approve the cases that with the internal inverter issues. Before you submit a warranty claim, please make sure that the issue is not caused by external issues. Please go to the FAQs page for the troubleshooting methods first, and also try talking to our bot.

Once you lodge a warranty claim, Sungrow will process it in 2–3 business days. Please make sure that you have uploaded the photos showing the LCD home screen and the serial number on a sticker on a side of the inverter.

After you submitted the warranty claim, you will receive a confirmation email with a case reference. Please use this reference number when you contact us to follow up the process.
