Before submitting a warranty claim, please go to the FAQs page first for the troubleshooting methods, and check the inverter's settings and wiring first to make sure that issues are not caused by external factors (such as high line grid voltages or solar panels issues) because Sungrow only process the warranty cases related to inverter issues.

For end users, we highly recommend you to contact with your installer to check your system before lodging a warranty claim.

Once you lodge a warranty claim, Sungrow will process it within 2 business days. Please make sure that you have uploaded any documents and/or photos that can support your warranty claim.

After you submitted the warranty claim, you will receive a confirmation email with a case reference. Please use this reference number when you contact us to follow up the process.
